NGR is for a chapel recorded here on OS 6" 1st edn., on Kildonan farm. This is the presumed location of the original site lying behind the name Kildonan, though no remains now extant or known. NMRS, however, records 'the foundations of chapel may be seen on Kildonan farm', nad some long cists were found nearby.
