The NGR given is indicated by the Feu of Scone Abbey which suggests the land is in the parish of Lethendy: 'To umquile Jonet Williame relict of unquhile Patrik Blair in Lethindie that tenement of land callit Sanct Katherines land and tenement with yaird and croft foundit and left to our Lady alter' (Scon. Lib. p. 230, no.. lxi).
