Is linear feature?

The well lies 'in the north-west corner of the most north-westerly field on the farm of West Bowhouse. It has been built up with brick and concrete as a water supply, presumably for West Bowhouse. OS 6 inch 1st edn shows ‘Springs’ on the boundary itself a few metres north of the present well. ... Immediately south of this well there is a deep-dug, v-shaped ditch which runs c.100 metres due south, forming a march between Arnot and Kinneston. The burn which had been forming the march swings away to the north-west a few metres south of where the ditch begins.' (Place-Names of Kinross-shire, forthcoming)
