The NGR is for Bennetsfield on OS Digimap 1:50,000 map. Larger scale maps call this site Mains of Bennetsfield. Watson declares that this is a dedication to St Benedict, and notes a Clach Bhenneit 'Bennet's Stone' nearby, 'immediately below which is the holy well called Tobar Chragag, well of the little rock, still frequented on the first Sabbath of May' (1904, 133).
