OSA xviii, 536 (1796) records: St Laurence chapel, at the castle gavel, the property of which, was given to the Dominican monastery at Perth, by King Robert III. in 1405, that the Friars there might pray for the soul of his mother Elizabeth More, "who was resting "in the church of the predicatory Friars of Perth."
